So, to get this started...a small survey.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?

Anything else?

So, welcome everyone, and don't be shy about posting! I really do not want to be the only one posting.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?

Ummm....The Luck of the Irish. No. I'm not kidding. I barely even noticed him in this(or anyone else, really), I think my brother and I were just watching it to kill time. I did laugh at his character getting sentenced to live in Lake Erie off the shores of Cleveland.

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?

Detective Lassiter in Psych. He is one of my favorite TV characters of all time. Psych's one of those rare few shows where I like all the main characters, but I just ADORE Lassiter. I don't think I ever connected him as being the evil leprechaun until someone pointed it out to me. I'm a dope that way.

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?

I watched the season finale of Human Target, and really didn't pay attention or care what was going on if he wasn't on-screen, doing calculating menacing evil very well. I've also sought out what I can find of Judging Amy, because I do like his character Sean Potter a lot too. I've seen his episodes from Xena and Criminal Minds, but I was already a fan of those shows.

Anything else?

No really cool stories, I've never met him. I did get tweeted at from Psych_Lassie once-the most recent night I had an allergic reaction to my dinner. >_> Just a gif of one of Lassie's many awesome moments.

I'll go next :)

- What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
That would be Jericho. I loved him in that. I'd been about ready to give up on the show until Phil (his character) showed up, then it started getting interesting again, and then I was sorry the show was cancelled. And TO looked great with the beard!

- If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
Well, I guess Jericho made me a fan of his, and now Psych has added to it. I was late discovering Psych, and didn't even realize at first that "Lassie" was "Phil" - but I'm a fan of his in both roles. Some months back, I came across Psych, fell in love with it, and proceeded to marathon my way through all seasons of it. Partway through, I'm like, why does that guy seem so familiar? He seemed so different! I guess that's the mark of a really good actor, though - they make their characters unique, and you (the viewer) see the character rather than the actor.

- Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?
I want to catch the episodes of Deadwood that he's in. Haven't had a chance to yet, but I've got them in my NF queue, so I'll catch 'em soon.

Anything else?
Well, if I can locate them, I'd like to find the eps of Strange Luck and Dark Skies that he guest-starred in. Oh, and I'd happily watch anything else he's in - I just gravitate towards sci-fi first. (Yeah, I know the "Anything else" question is probably for cool stories and stuff, but I don't have any cool stories to tell!)

I want to catch the episodes of Deadwood that he's in.
I kinda want to as well.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
Detective Lassiter in Psych. Had a passing thought that I might've seen the Criminal Minds episode on teevee before I watched that season on DVD but I didn't. And man, did I squeel and yell happily at the teevee when he got on the screen.

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
Well, as it turns out, I love Lassie. Adore him. Have him as my favorite Psych character...

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?
...No.

Anything else?
...well. Sure. On Facebook I never have my picture as myself (that gets boring) and the three most used pictures of people are Noel Fielding, Misha Collins and Timothy Omundson.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in? And here's where I show my age - SeaQuest DSV! Loved the eyes...hated the hair.... Same with Xena.... *grin* If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did? Sean Potter in Judging Amy. Better clothes...better hair...more screen time.... Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role? I've only watched his episodes of Deadwood, Jericho, and 24...and I painfully sat through Luck of the Irish on the Disney Channel just to hear the accent.... Anything else? I spend way too much time lurking online! I always say I'm gonna post more, maybe write a little fic or learn to make .gifs, but I never do! I'm such a lazy fan!

And apparently I can't format a reply to save my soul. Oh well.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
The Luck of the Irish, although I had no idea who he was at the time. Even after watching Psych, I had no idea, until I looked him up on IMDB and my brain exploded a little. XD
Now I can't watch The Luck of the Irish without thinking of Lassie-face. cx

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
I became a fan of Tim Om after watching him as Carlton Lassiter on Psych, 'cause Lassiter is basically made of bad ass awesome. XD

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?
I actually haven't watched anything else other than Luck of the Irish and Psych, yet. I've been kinda lazy/busy looking up stuff, but for now I'm content. XD ...for now.

Anything Else?
Nope

I love your icon.

And with that picture, you don't need anything else. ^_~ It's the background on my phone. AT&T, continuing their reign of evil, has their logo right over his eyes. *HEADDESK*

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in? Starship Troopers was the first thing. I love the movie and his psychic is hilarious. "If you think you're psychic...maybe you are."

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did? I hate to admit it, but I didn't become a fan until Psych. I just adore Lassiter. He's amazing. I didn't care for his character on Deadwood, although perhaps it was because he was so clearly going to get himself killed. But to be able to play characters I like and dislike shows a good range.

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role? Yeah. Mostly online. I've seen clips of Luck of The Irish, which was excruciating (the accent! It burns!), and of Hard Pill, which was delightful. I watched Mission Impossible III (which I did not enjoy) for his scene, which was too short.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
The first thing I know for sure I saw him in was Psych. It's possible I actually saw him on Criminal Minds first but I can't remember if I actually saw it when it first aired or not.

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
It's definitely what made me a fan of his. Lassiter is just too awesome.

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?
No, though I would potentially check something out just because he was in it.

Anything else?
I love that he's done voices for Star Wars games!

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?

He was an UnSub on Criminal Minds

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?

Meimi walked me through the basics of Psych 101

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?

Yes, Psych, lol

Yeah, I know, I'm such an evil person for exposing you to Psych and Tim. ^_~

Hehe, I thought you enjoyed teaching Psych 101 :P

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?---Psych!

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?----I loved Lassiter from the very start :D

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?--- *Nods* I have watched 'Luck Of The Irish" just for his part :D

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
--Psych

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
--Psych made me a fan, but not until season 3 and LDABBT. I had watched the show here and there the first two seasons, then I read a synopsis of LDABBT and thought "Oh, that's the character I kinda like and it's an episode focused on him and maybe there will be whump!" So I watched it and I was lost forever in fangirly squeeing bouts of Tim O. love... ;) No, really...FANGIRL! Which is somewhat embarassing at my age, but oh well. =P

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role? Yes, almost everything else he's appeared in, lol. I LOVED the Jericho eps and the Human Target finale. So very much love for those. I endured all of the others...Criminal Minds, Cold Case, CSI:Miami *hurk*, Luck of the Irish. I used to watch Xena so I didn't mind the Youtube clips of his role on there. And I've gotten copies of Judging Amy and SeaQuest, just for him. Did I mention "FANGIRL"? =/

Anything else?
--I'm actually slightly disturbed at my obsession with Tim, as is my husband! (imagine that...lol =P) But I'm just happy that he seems to be such an awesome person in real life, has a really wonderful family, and is finding roles to play. I'm just going to enjoy him and adore him and be happy about that. :)

To tell you the very honest truth, I had seasons 1 and 2 of Psych on DVD and watched them whenever I wanted a laugh-I didn't really watch the show live until season 3. I stopped watching during season 3 a few episodes in (eh, tell you later), but caught up in August 2009, saw LDaBBT, and just freaking fell in love with the show hard-core, as more than something for a giggle when I'd had a bad week. Lassiter was already my favorite character, so I saw that episode synopsis and was "Whoa-this I've gotta see."

=D

Yeah it was similar for me. I actually saw or read an interview with Franks & Berman maybe? Can't remember...but they were talking about the episode and mentioned they'd considered shooting Lassie, then decided instead to have him shoot someone (well, be framed for it...) and I was like NO! SHOOT HIM! XD Still, I knew it was an episode I had to see, and the opening scene when everyone runs in and he's standing over the body with the gun and he looks up...THAT is the moment. That was when I was hooked for good. :)

Okay, there, I changed my pic to the one I'm talking about... :D Oh and I was going to say I am sorely disappointed in the lack of Lassie whump in the show. I mean, Buzz has been whumped more...Buzz is great and all but seriously? lol I have hopes for Season 5, but in any case, can't wait for the new episodes... :D

In which I am long-winded due to sleep deprivation.

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?
Honestly? Probably Xena. [I remember a green mumu and guyliner and beaded beards. I was nine, okay? I can't remember.] Though I've seen him on several other occasions before seeing him in Psych. The next time I saw him was in Luck of the Irish. I remember really digging his hair, but I never put him and Eli/Jesus [or something] together. Another movie comes along, Down With Love. "Heeeey, it's that guy! From that one thing. Say... is it just puberty having a freakout or is he kinda cute here?" Finally, I see him on Psych at my bestie's house. "WAIT WHAT I KNOW THIS FACE. Who *is* this?! And he's wearing *guyliner* even though he's a cop! ...why does this turn me on? He's, like, old enough to be my dad. ;o;" [Which is fair enough, since I more or less *grew up with him as a child*.]

But then I just gave up and went with his sexy, and I've been a happy gal ever since.

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?
Mmn, it was Psych, full-stop. I might have been a huge fan of his if I'd watched Judging Amy, but since I didn't *get* that channel where I lived [we're out in the boonies, you see, and surrounded by trees -- getting cable or satellite or *anything other than NBC* is impossible]... The character of Lassiter is just so fun to torture and annoy and prod, but ultimately you don't want anything *really* terrible to happen to him. Sorta in that way of that crush on the boy next to you in first grade so you'd tease him and knock him about on the playground but when he scrapes his knee chasing after you all you wanna do is kiss it better. [I'm sorry, you guys. I haven't slept yet.]

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?
That one episode of "Tomorrow's Edition" or whatever crap show it was my great-grandmother watched on CBS where this guy *~saves~* the day via a newspaper he gets with his cat's butt on it every morning. Which is, quite frankly, the most useless plot device ever. Though it did give me Tim with 90's-Hair-and-Earring. And more guyliner. Because male actors always wear eyeliner all the time. Obviously.

Anything else?
Timmy's the only one who makes chest hair sexy. True story.
But not even he can make me like facial hair. Sorry, Timbo. :(

Also, I may just lurk around like a creepy creeper for a while because country dial-up is slow, college will start eating me alive again in the fall, and I don't know what else to contribute other than icons [which I cannot make more of until I get into a dorm with a fast ~interweb connectionnn].

It is 8:00 AM and I should go to bed.

Seven months later, I hop on the bandwagon...

What was the very first thing you ever saw that Tim O. had a role in?

Probably The OC, but I didn’t know who he was at the time…was too busy crushing on Ben McKenzie and Adam Brody to notice anyone else XD

If this wasn't what made you a fan of his, what role of his did?

Detective Lassiter. I started watching Psych because it popped up as a suggestion in my Netflix queue and I was bored…I can’t remember exactly what moment I kept watching for Tim’s scenes, but I’ve always been a sucker for tall guys with blue eyes and salt and pepper hair…

Have you sought out anything you wouldn't normally watch because Tim O. had a role?

Definitely; The Deep End, Down With Love, Hard Pill, Crazy…all disappointingly short scenes, but good for a Tim O. fix nonetheless. Also I have Deadwood in my NF queue, and have been trolling the internet trying to find The Booth At The End available to watch (which actually looks like an interesting series; it’s an added bonus that Timmy is in it :D)…also I’ve watched several clips from Judging Amy on YouTube and am very disappointed that it never came out on DVD.

Anything else?

Not really; I’m not lucky enough to have met him or seen him in person…I’m in entirely the wrong part of the country for that, unfortunately.
